How Kyto works
Either person can begin. Both follow exactly the same confirmation process.
Upload the signed agreement and invite the other person. Owner or tenant—either side can begin.
The other person receives a private link and confirms that the rental relationship is genuine.
After confirmation, each side can leave a review. Neither sees the other’s words before writing their own.

2 confirmed reviews
Scores appear only after 3 confirmed reviews. Until then, Kyto shows the honest review count—not a premature verdict.
Built-in boundaries
A confirmed rental relationship comes before a scored review.
Phone numbers, agreements, and exact addresses never appear publicly.
Owners and tenants use the same confirmation process and get equal space to respond.
Kyto shows records—it does not create public leaderboards or ‘worst tenant’ lists.
Fair questions
Clear rules matter more than clever promises. Here is how Kyto handles the difficult bits.
No. Scored reviews require a rental relationship that both people have confirmed. A narrow unconfirmed-report path exists only after a request has been ignored for 30 days and two reminders; it is clearly labelled, never scored, and can be disputed immediately.
When both people have submitted, or 7 days after the first eligible review—whichever happens first. This keeps either person from tailoring their review after reading the other one.
Your name, role, locality, review count, and—once there is enough history—your score. Your phone number, full property address, and agreement stay private. Public profiles are shareable but marked not to appear in search engines.
That is completely normal. Your owner and tenant histories live on the same account but remain visibly separate, with separate reviews and separate scores. You never have to choose one permanent role.
Yes. Reviews can have a public reply thread, and either person can include photos or short video when context is useful. Content that breaks the guidelines can be reported for human review.
A better first question
Your record begins with one real rental relationship. Owner or tenant, either person can start.
Requests remain open for 30 days · Reminders are sent before they close
